We began in 2013
as Graystone Holdings U.S. Inc.
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
with Vincent J. Zito, as our founder and CEO.
As we grew over time, we were later incorporated as
Graystone Holdings, Inc., in Mississippi in 2018,
followed by Indiana, Kentucky, New Mexico,
and Louisiana in 2021, and after acquiring
the majority of outstanding stock of
numerous companies we formed
THE ZITO GROUP LIMITED
in 2026.
This placed in squarly in the business of
consulting, acquisitions, private investments,
private equity, due diligence, business intelligence
and related fields since our first acquisition 1985.
